What the feck have you done today?

The fuck is Primark?

Sounds ghey.
It is. Massively homo-istic. It's a shop that caters for people who live in static caravans with other persons of the same sex and spend their evenings watching Goggle Box.

Do not under any circumstances buy or be seen wearing apparel purchased from any branch of this dreadful establishment or you will become a full trailer park gaylord.

Wishing, more with hope than optimism, that this crucial advice has not come too late.

went for my annual hospital check up today.

Dunno it just got stupid slow and the buttons didn't work!! :ROFLMAO:
Pff - wish id saw this sooner....i could have talked you through rebuilding it from scratch.....first and foremost computers are like cars.... buy a new one, as soon as it leaves the showroom....25% off. OS's get clogged up the more they get used....dont want to hear the ole "my linux box is fine" they go the same way as well eventually. Ive just rebuilt my own laptop in the office as stuff was getting slow (build was about 3 years old). Usually a fresh build sorts out most problems...buying a new top end laptop for most people is like taking a ferrari to the shops to get a paper and a mars bar.... just rebuilt a laptop for my mates mum. A 13 year old dell Inspiron, maxed out memory 40 quid and an ssd....it flies. Does everything she wants it to. My own laptop at home is a 5 year old dell precision - works fine, but eventually itll need rebuiilding...they always do.

My last one was a cheap HP one and i kind of knew it wouldn't last long but i still have it and my old Acer so plenty of parts to play with. Thank's for the heads up.(y)

Bought a google TPU for my home server....upping my security game by running a camera server that'll look at both front and rear cameras and notify me if theres any little c*unts that even set foot on the driveway.....in saying that....ive not installed the server yet or worked out how to use it....do as i usually do...work it out as i go along...

Offer stands....if you want me to talk you through it - more than happy to help... managed to talk one of our remote sales guys through it in Australia a few weeks ago....a lot of screenshots were sent but i got him up and running to the point i could remote in and finish off the build...

y'do it in layers...

1. Install os
2. install windows updates.
3. Install up to date drivers
4. Install bios updates and any other firmware packages.
5. Set up all your apps and stuff.

It like moving into a new house....you just have to arrange your furniture then get the shopping in....
