I go past the entrance to this place quite often when having a ride out.

It's not my style inside (otherwise I'd have it 🤣 ) but can appreciate how well it's done. £10m is a bit lumpy but I hope it sells as one and doesn't get split up as so many estates do.

This place or palace is just 1mile from my home as the birds fly, I often pass it whilr riding my bike. They were selling it for $35,000,000 a year or 2 ago. The guy has had jet fighters parked in the drive and I have seen more than one exotic car there. With 400 acres....sold in 2003 for $167k... has it been built in the last 22 years do you reckon?

Yours - puffy fluffy décor gives it away, I've too many mates: been trying to shake you and AC off for years, it's like having 2 randy old doggies trying to hump my legs every day :unsure: and a Great Dane and huge Fat Bull Dog at that (you can guess who's who) :)(y)

I am not sure if I understand your question. The link I posted says it was sold for under a million but everything else I have read claims it is still for sale by the person that originally built the monstrosity and they are asking for $20+

It is revolting. It looks like it's been transplanted from Disneyland. I bet if you tapped it you'd find it's made of polystyrene.
