Climate Change (Global Warming) 🥶🌍🌞

The log burner is blazing away supplementing the oil fired boiler. And self sufficient if needs be.

Yes I will be persona non grata in the Brave New World.
You and me both. Multifuel stoked up with stove ovals and old hawthorn. Kettle is puffing away on top.
Just had my dinner of good British beef cooked in the gas oven.
Looking forward tomorrow to trying out the various electrical appliances I bought on Boxing day, including my unecessarily large new telly when it gets delivered in a diesel van. If only the weather was good enough to get a bike out and release some lovely fragrant hydrocarbons. Still, I'll make up for it in the spring.

I'll have a couple of coffees from my electirc barista machine then I might go and have a nice long soak in a hot bath courtesy of my gas boiler. All is good and Ed Miliwillie can get to feck.

Well I’m lost for words on this it ain’t wot I expected
Worth a watch

Why? Because you believed the image that MSM has portrayed of him as a bungling weirdo?

He’s made his money for decades from selling weather predictions based on solar activity. People, companies, insurers etc pay for his specific weather predictions. Meanwhile, the hugely funded MET Office can’t tell me with accuracy what the weather’s doing in my area now! He obviously knows his stuff 👍

I always know what the weather is going to do in my area. It's what I can see it's going to do when I poke my head through the curtains every morning when I get out of bed and take a look over my neighbour's house at what's coming across the fells. Been 100% accurate these last three years.

Yes, it takes no skill to work out what the weather’s doing where you are at the time.
The MET are supposed to be the best in the business at predicting the weather. Regularly they’ll say it’s going to be dry here…so I’ve got my gear on to go for a ride - then the heavens opened. According to their app, it’s still fine and dry.

They’ve been exposed for making up thousands of temperature records for years (to bolster the man made global warming scam) - who’s to say they don’t just make up the predictions. Same as papers do with horoscopes.

I find the met site pretty accurate where I live when it comes to rain. But I am the other side of the Pennines and if you find some high ground you can pretty much see whats coming for the rest of the day. On my bike I'll change my plans and turn tail in the other direction if if looks a better bet, and get away with it.
Rain-wise, you are on the more volatile side of the country.
What I do get fed up with with the met are the constant yellow warnings. A yellow rain warning doesn't mean there's going to be a biblical flood, it just means it's going to rain - which it does quite a lot in the British Isles. Now we've got a severe cold weather warning. I isn't going to be severely cold. It's going to be about -3 with a possibility of snow. It's winter, what do they expect?

Ah don't worry about that it won't get cold...the planet's boiling dontcha know! The WEF said so.

Aye. What to the WEF know about weather sitting in their climate-controlled offices in Davos? By May the met will be showing predicted temperatures of 23 degrees with red fires of hell warnings all over the map. When really that is just a very pleasant summer's day.

I hope they've got the frost predictions right because I've got a load of firewood to pick up this weekend which is in a very boggy field and it pissed down two days solid up to new year's eve. I need it to freeze so I can get across the ground.

Morgan Stanley has quit Mark Carney’s net zero banking group, joining a broader Wall Street exodus as Donald Trump prepares to re-enter the White House.

The NHS and the Government doesn't want us to go outside now as there's going to be a bit of a frost for a few days and possibly a sprinkling of snow. In January. Who'd have thought?

Apparently we have to stockpile food and medicines until Wednesday and stay indoors in case we slip on ice, hurt our little selves and freeze to death in the howling waste.

Global boiling innit 🤔
