Climate Change (Global Warming) 🥶🌍🌞

When steam engines had the same problem they overcame it with condensers. surely it's not beyond their wit to fit condensers to these servers?

As with most things when business is big enough to boss authorities, they tend not to fit the best remedy but the cheapest they can get away with for maximum profit. If they had wanted cool places for data centres, we have a shit load of coal mines not being used

And you couldn't get more of an opposite: pretty and intelligent :)

They just had a short clip on sky about drill baby drill in the states and Trumps removal of green subsidies and they made an obvious point. Sun and wind are not as reliable as oil and gas and we need reliability given the power hungry AI/Data farms

Finally a politician talking sense.
None other than that political heavyweight Tracy Brabin the Mayor of West Yorkshire.
In a desperate attempt to solve the climate she has bravely flown all the way from West Yorkshire to Brazil to proclaim that " Mayors are the tugboats of change pushing the tankers ( Edit, wankers surely) of Government towards a greener future where no one is left behind" @~inspirational stuff !

I think that deserves a great big Blazing Saddles style harrumph.

Every council in the country signed up to Agenda 2030 - without asking any of the public. They work for others, not us.

Hence pedestrianising town centres and trying to get rid of cars. Lancaster has had a park and ride for years now and most of the buses for it are either empty or a couple of people on board. But they still use full size buses for it...they could use a Fiat 500 instead.

So 2 multinational oil companies who are fed up paying UK excessive taxes perform a merger of their UK based companies (offshore operations) to benefit them both and all these lefty types cry foul and demand Rachel from accounts stop it 🤣🤣🤣 really can't make this stuff up

Miss, Miss, they're playing by the rules miss

This weekend I will have the option of watching the COP environmental programmes or Formula 1. Both are on this weekend and both in Brazil, what a coincidence.
