Banks wouldn't be giving mortgagers on beachfront property if there was any chance of them becomine swamps anytime soon.

Large scale projects like the new port at Rotterdam which cost €billions wouldn't get funded as they rely on the sea level staying the same.

It's almost like there's a huge conspiracy going on, that all governments are in on...surely not? :unsure: 🤣
