What would you possibly want all the tech that does not work- verified by an expert? I work in Audio/video and have to deal with many people like him quite often, every piece of equipmemt is to blame for there incompetence in operating it, we have a saying " if everything works fine for everyone else just not you, its not the equipment that is defective".
